Today’s Working Woman is a social platform addressing the needs of women in the workplace and hosting real, healthy, and honest conversations about the issues they face.

In today’s digital world, why aren’t we having more positive and constructive conversations about these pressing issues?

Women have made incredible strides, which deserve recognition, but much work remains.

Of the Fortune 500 companies, only 52 are led by women, and women hold just 30% of board seats. While the numbers are improving down the pipeline, they are far less promising for women of color.

 

Women are still fighting to have their voices heard on crucial issues like pay equity, maternity leave, menopause care, caregiving, and boundaries at every level and in every business and job held.

Enough is enough for fighting these battles alone. Gone are the days when women were cutthroat with each other and stabbed each other in the back to get ahead.

 

Instead, in reality, we are stronger when we stand united together. Through authentic, honest conversations, we can create robust solutions. That’s the purpose of this community.

No woman should feel alone in her struggles because we all face them. Today’s Working Woman is a space where we can be authentic, fight for our voices to be heard, and work together to level the playing field.
