Georgia's Story

I am an autoimmune warrior, entrepreneur, communications and management consultant, dreamer, and realist. Most importantly, I’m a woman determined to see all women thrive on an equal playing field in the workplace.
In 2015, my life took an unexpected turn when I became severely ill while working in what I thought was my dream job. For over 15 years, I’d built a successful career, climbing the corporate ladder with pride. But suddenly, my body gave out. I tried to push through, to save my career and my sense of identity, but the illness won. I was forced to leave behind everything I had worked so hard for—my job, my identity, my dreams—to focus solely on becoming functional again.
Since then, I’ve had to fight for everything: my career, my sense of self, my health, and my voice as a woman in a world that often doesn’t listen. There have been times when I felt isolated, but I kept going.
The journey has been one of the most challenging I’ve ever faced, but it has also been transformative. I’ve discovered my resilience, grit, and strength. I’ve learned to embrace inner peace, deepen my faith, and finally, find my authentic voice.
While I’m not fully healed, I am better. I am stronger.
Now, I’m passionate about the power of communication, empowerment, self-care, and boundaries (seriously, who even knew what boundaries were before this?). I believe in resilience, nurturing healthier relationships, and doing whatever it takes to heal.
Here’s the thing—we deserve peace in this chaotic world. We deserve solace, healthy relationships, equity, and a voice. We deserve time to process our trauma—and we absolutely should. Above all, we deserve safety.
So, I invite you to join me as we explore these ideas together.
